Universal Arches’ Fabricators have spent years perfecting the shaping of uPVC profile to create bespoke curved and angled frames and take great pride in completing every single shaped frame with perfection. Our fabrication team has remarkable length of service and this coupled with outstanding attention to detail ensures that every single window and door frame shaped by Universal Arches, meets our very high standards.

 

 

Without the right machinery, routing a frame ready to fit handles, locks and hinges can be time consuming for our customers. We have invested in state-of-the art machinery and offer a fully fabricated option which saves our customers time. We can fit hardware in Silver, Black, White or Gold to our doors and windows which means that once our frames have been delivered, they can be taken directly to site and are ready to be installed.

 

We stock a wide range of uPVC profile and can manufacture smooth white shaped frames in just two weeks, or if you would prefer, we are happy to accept delivery of your bespoke profile.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our experienced CAD Designer prepares CAD drawings for every door frame and window, which means that even the most complex of frames will be shaped by our experienced team, creating the perfect bend or angle.

 

 

 

We can also supply shaped double-glazed units for any customer within a 50-mile radius of St Helens. For customers outside of this area, we can provide glass sizes or glass templates for the majority of our products, with nationwide delivery in our own fleet of vehicles.

Whilst the frames we bend and shape are challenging to make due to their shape and size, at Universal Arches we thrive on creating the most complex of frames.
