We took delivery of a fabulous CNC bending machine and have mastered the bending of aluminium for doors and windows using our own slim aluminium profile.

Bending Aluminium To Create A Round or Porthole Window

We can bend aluminium to create a fixed round window. Minimum radius is 500mm. Every aluminium circular window will be made to bespoke sizes by using our state-of-the art bending machine. We are often asked ‘What is the difference between a fixed Round Window and a Porthole Window?’  They are actually both the same.

Arched Doors

Arched doors add character to the home. Choosing an aluminium glazed arch above a front door will allow natural daylight to brighten a hallway. At Universal Arches, we bend aluminium to create a true arch door frame, in bespoke sizes. We can create a curved door frame in the same colour as the front door, or we can wet spray the aluminium in a completely different colour, to create a contrast. We are based in St Helens, Merseyside and deliver nationwide in our own fleet of vehicles.
